If you are hungry on your way up north or in the "Thumb" you'll want to stop at Crossroads. From breakfast to sandwiches to a Friday fish fry, this place has a little bit of everything.

The homemade bread is a must! The portions are large, you won't leave hungry.

I ordered the French toast, hashbrowns, and a side of bacon. It was delicious and filling! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Last two times my family has gone he it was terrible. Even with just 3 other diners in the restaurant our food still came out cold and took longer to get then if I made the same at home. Used to be a great place too bad it has gone downhill.

Absolutely delicious!  Went here for breakfast and got stuffed French toast.  Wowza!  Also, their potato pancakes looked epic.  Shareable opportunities!!

We sat and waited 10 almost 15 minutes and watched her deliver checks and get drinks and orders for people just walking through the door before we were even acknowledged. The place is super small, so I was beginning to wonder if we were invisible, lol. Everybody must know everybody here,  because they all stared as we walked through the door and sat at an empty table. There was only one girl waiting tables and there were 3 other tables already eating/ready to leave. So I can understand waiting a COUPLE minutes.. We finally got our menus and drinks and saw they didn't accept any cards, lol. It's 2015! I have emergency cash,  but she said not to worry about paying for our pops. Oh well. Would have loved to try the food to make up for the bad service in the beginning! We were starving! She was sweet to not charge though. What a bummer.

Love locally owned restaurants. I have an omelet and it was good.  One waitress for the whole restaurant and she was handling things very well. Again, I love local divey restaurants and I was happy here. The only thing is they didn't take debit or credit. Which in today's time most people don't carry cash.  My omelet was delicious.  Cooked perfectly.
